And the OP expresses glee in the obvious misimpression that a letter to Congress by a private organization has something to do with his license.
Neither the tweet, nor in fact the underlying letter, make any reference whatsoever to Barr's license.

There are places on the internet which delight in pointing out things like this posted to the front page of DU. In fact, there are persons who delight in promoting false information for that very purpose.
