politicians' constant need for money to hold their offices.

As I said in an earlier post my wife and I spend $775.00 per month for health insurance. If we then add in co-pays we are spending $10,000+ per year for the two of us and we are on Medicare. Just imagine what the $10,000 would do to help the economy in our local community. We for sure would be buying a newer car for part of that $10,000. Or supporting other local businesses.

The country needs a national healthcare solution. One solution that covers everyone. Birth to grave coverage.
I don't know how we get there but let me offer these three suggestions.
1. get rid of Citizen United. Eliminate dark money and foreign money buying elections.
2. term limits so serving in Congress isn't a way to become a millionaire.
3. public funding for qualified candidates.

The republicans seem to fight every small move forward. The ACA helped provide insurance 20+ million individuals. Now they have managed to disassemble it piece by piece. Their latest attack is to get rid of the pre-existing coverage.

To prove how wrong they are and THEY know it. The Trump administration has asked SCOTUS to delay the decision of the healthcare case that is now before the court. DELAY IT TO AFTER THE 2020 ELECTION.
