How important a witness is Lev Parnas? [View all]

In an interview with Anderson Cooper, he said he would be volunteer to testify in front of the Senate.

How much information could he supply? He has already said that they all knew what was going on in Ukraine.

Also, he said that with what he knew from being on the ground, and what John Bolton knew from being in Washington, the two of them could connect most all the dots.

Is he that valuable a witness?

Or is he a Russian asset? As some people will surely say.
