During his testimony, I kept getting the feeling that there were major details that he was leaving out but kept going up to the line and alluding to with statements like "Everyone was in the loop". He wasn't willing to drop the bomb completely, but did enough to try to save his ass...I suppose we're getting a clearer picture now.
