22. Even though Parnas has all the receipts to back up what he says.

So the Republicans and the White House blocked this Parnas stuff until after the House
Intel Committee had its hearings and the House voted on impeachment and so their
strategy now is to say that the dem's case is too weak w/out this new evidence.
