and that is determined by the executive -- that's a one way ticket to jail (which might be in the cards anyway -- but I believe he and his lawyers are angling AGAINST that outcome)

(you though that Lev Parnas was some kind of freedom fighter? HaHaHaHaHa. Sorry.)
