But go to a doctor to make sure. They will test you and figure out what it is. You can take an antiviral even a few days after it starts. I am treating a cold with elderberry tea, this will work for flu or many similar viruses as well. It stops the virus from replicating as much. Otherwise, rest, lost of fluids and otc pain meds as needed.
