7. I just called the offices of Washington Senators Cantwell and Murray.

I told them to join Senate Democrats in hammering Trump's defense, and not to let them up off the mat.

I told them that I didn't want Washingtonians from east of the mountains (Trump country...) to be the only ones calling. The staffers laughed at that.
