What a complete and utter bollocks. For those making these decisions it is all about the process not the individual, wankers. I live in a place with UHC and yes you do need this. Do you have any agencies in your area specifically working to support people with disabilities into work, or retaining work? They are normally genius about getting business to make accommodations re interviewing and hiring if they have a positive approach to disabilities.... particularly when you have a strong work history and skills set. It is worth having a hunt to see if you can find anything.

Stock grants should vest if you lose your job. I'd challenge that if not the case.

Really sorry. If you are approved for permanent disability, I think you get Medicare.
