8. I think he's trying to claim Kelly mistook Bangladesh for Ukraine on the map.

But Kelly has a Masters's degree in European Studies from Cambridge University, so I really, really doubt she'd confuse Ukraine and Bangladesh (which aren't even anywhere near each other).
