should all have been hanged for outing Valerie Plame. Even George H.W. Bush stated publicly his opinion that the outing of an undercover agent of the United States was the vilest, the worst form of treason, warranting death by hanging. As a former head of the C.I.A., Papa Bush, I believe, felt a strong bond towards agents of that agency and a deep, deep admiration for the life-endangering service they provided this country.
