Remember when Republican's and the religious right were outraged because Michelle Obama wore a sleeveless gown to some event? (Even though Mamie Eisenhower, Pat Nixon, Betty Ford, Nancy Reagan etc all wore sleeveless gowns)

Here's Donald Trump's "spiritual adviser" televangelist Paula White, senior pastor of New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, Florida. White, who has candidly shared her own struggle with prescription drug abuse, eating disorders, and depression, made constant headlines in late 2011 and early 2012 for her controversial takeover of New Destiny.
