he IS wearing a nice suit and sounds very scholarly.....BUT there can be no doubt that his brain is in orbit around some distant planet.

I mean other than esoteric nonsense, WTF is he droning on about? And, at this point does anyone understand what he's saying? Or really what does all this have to do with anything? Or even care?
