have such a distinction in their awarding of attorney degrees (one's character and background, such as in Ohio and I'm sure in other states too). I wish that some national law organization, responsible for monitoring the behavior of their attorneys to ensure that all maintain their professionalism, would act. I know for a fact that some CPA organizations (FASB standards) have such standards in place for their CPAs, surely the attorneys have such a thing, most attorneys I know personally are good decent people, and to see some resort to National Enquirer type of antics is indeed questionable behavior.
