No. Don't do that!

Bleach vapors are extremely damaging to lung tissue and promotes COPD and other respiratory issues.

A little side note: Bleach, diluted as a tablespoon per gallon is a survival tactic to purify any drinking water. In that low dosage, the Red Cross first aid classes I take would mention that as a way to drink questionable water. It's claimed to be safe in that amount, though it does make the water taste like bleach.
