The Senators will then face the reality that this is what HE says before they vote.

They will know and it may not change 53 votes but all it has to change is a handful that NEEDS the excuse to hear from the horse mouth so to speak.

He could then go to the House and repeat it under oath.

I don't say it's a perfect plan but for me, its better than sitting here wringing my hands in complete despair.

I'm sorry but being satisfied or reconciled to the only thing that we can hope for is a "blue wave" DOESN'T work for me.

As I have said in dozens of posts I really believe the fix is in for 2020 and no blue wave is going to overcome it given that the Senate is about to cut trump lose to get even more radical ways to openly steal the 2020 election.

And if the blue wave only comes close (Clinton's 3 votes weren't enough) he will pull and Putin and declare himself the winner and NOT leave the oval office.

If I'm right, I will take no glee in saying I told you so.
