21. No honorable health care provider of any degree talks about a patient, ever

I agree with that concept 99.99% of the time.

But when a racist F'ing moron with nuclear weapons who just turned back the EPA clock 50 years on environmental protection is all drugged up and F'ing up my life and pursuit of happiness, then that rule does not apply at all...Period.
