America has forever LOST the ability to lecture any other country about corruption.

No more lecturing countries about minority rule. (Think South African apartheid.)

No more lecturing other countries about politicians accepting bribes, or using their public office for personal gains. Using your government position to make money for your hotels and golf resorts, forcing other countries to give your companies, and companies that belong to your friends concessions. Using your government position to force foreign countries to give companies owned by your friends and relatives juicy contracts.

No more lecturing banana republican politicians on self-dealing.

No more lecturing other countries on stuffing ballot boxes (we just do the electronic version of that).

No more lecturing banana republican politicians about giving their half-witted kids top government jobs.

No more lecturing petty dictatorships about factions and political tribalism. (Remember when Lebanon was impossible to govern, because it was evenly divided among religious and ethnic factions.
