There is still that transition period we have to be concerned with and Trump is still considered the president during that period.

It is conceivable that Trump will use Dershowitz's interpretation during that transition period and say - in his heart he believes that him staying in office is in the interest of the American People - and a president is not wrong - so he will not vacate the WH and claim he is still the president.

We are in a very critical period for our country. Can we finally say we're in a 'constitutional crisis'?
