20. Will he overreach?

I know that many gov agencies are rebelling at least a little bit, but nothing too big so far. (Think NOAA and other stuff that has come out recently).

If he does what is predicted, will agencies push back? Will they have had enough? It's a nice thought, but I have been continually disappointed, from Patrick Fitzgerald (remember Fitzmas?), to Robert Mueller (we had entirely too much invested in the outcome, and we didn't get much of we wanted).

I would like to think that feds (the career folks at all levels) who have so far admirably performed their missions and followed usual customs with respect to the POTUS and CIC, will soon have enough. I like this quote:

There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man.

But I am skeptical. I no longer have faith in our system.
