I don't know if he WILL, given that opiates are now so limited, and thousands, if not millions, no longer get adequate pain relief for their conditions.

How did that happen?

On edit: because some of the responses seem to have missed my point: Rush was on the leading edge of the Oxy abuse scandal that ultimately ended with the restriction on people being able to get adequate pain relief. Another one of his many, many crimes against humanity. I guess I should not have tried to make the point subtly. If he suffers, he can thank his former self....
