. Since she is such a believer in evolution, one might ask how she can support a party that denies the theory of evolution, along with any other fact-based or science-based knowledge.
Her ultimate position is "We need to let the weak die off"; i.e., pure Social Darwinism.
Wow. I'm not seeing how you can reach her with reason, not at all. Maybe there are some in your extended family who she loves, but who are weak in some sense? Maybe you can ask her if they should just be allowed to die off? You can try reminding her of how you gave her a hand up, but I doubt it will register. Because in her mind she is one of the strong ones now so she doesn't need any help, never will, and in her revisionist version of history, never did.
She sounds like a hard case.
