But this begs the question of why Fox would hire people like Solomon who specialize in disinformation.

This memo is going to increase the division and paranoia levels, especially unnerving the staunchest partisans like Hannity and Carlson.

This environment is going to be tense, like in John Carpenter's "The Thing."
