New Chapter Perfect Calm (vitamins)
Make time for family and friends in real life
Find a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist that you like and go see them
Stay away from junk food and junk news
Find a local chapter of Indivisible and join them for postcard writing
Volunteer for your community or candidate
Listen to Rev Dr William Barber, Preet Bharara
Check out the mental health group here on DU
I feel you 100%. Wed be nuts not to react but remember to find the beauty and small joys where you can. Most people are good.
