Grandfather was born into the stew of Bismarck Germany, emigrated to U.S. and then begged Germany to repatriate him because he hated living here. Germany refused.

Both had mob connections. Racists, cons, grifters.

Donald was taught to fight, to punch hard, and allowed to be a bully.

Narcissism begins with a "narcissistic injury" -- being considered both exceptional AND flawed.

I'm a survivor of marriage to a pathological narcissist. And triggered every time I see the red face and snarl. I know what it means.
