what is best for the country" and "putting country before party". I have a suggestion that I believe would be good for both our nation and the Democratic Party.

It is time for several of our contenders to demonstrate their patriotism and their courage and---step aside. And, when they do, they should make it clear that they intend to work their butts off to elect the Democratic nominee, whoever that may be, and urge their supporters to do the same.

To the billionaires in the race--- if you TRULY see the prospect ofTrump's re- election as a catastrophe for our democracy---acknowledge that your wealth is an obstacle and support one of our excellent extraordinary "ordinary people" candidates.

At this point, we need a debate between three, maybe four hopefuls, not ten or so. We have more than enough juice to beat Trump, but if we continue to dilute it with competing "wings" of our party, we may need to practice our stiff arm salutes.
