5. Don't get distracted by the dollar value. Trump is destroying NASA.

They are restricting more and more what NASA is allowed to do for themselves and forcing more and more contracting/outsourcing (I mean even more so/accelerated compared to the already present trend of the last 40 years). Trump has put NASA on an accelerated track to becoming an entity which only writes checks and does not build, own, or operate anything itself.
