13. I'm with you. This is part of a plan carried out by people who are financially

dependent on Putin or some organization we don't know about, or who benefit financially and in other ways from Trump's actions (e.g., huge tax cuts, reduced regulations). In a way, it is entirely rational, and it is evil. These people are putting their own perceived short-term self-interest above their duty or to the survival of the country.

I don't think the Repubs are scared of him personally and they know they can gang up and take power from him. Instead, I think they and/or their voting base like the outcomes such as the tax cuts, the cruelty to immigrants, the appointment of RWNJ judges to maintain their power, etc. These Repubs that might not like all of the outcomes fear that their base does, and that they might lose in primaries, or general elections in red states, if they oppose Trump.
