appealing until a person understands that worldview. We should work to make that clear so that the innocents and ill-informed aren't sucked in.

Truthfully, the fact that he's a republican was enough for me to be against him. I expected him to be racist and I expected him not to like social programs. I even expected a degree of homophobia.

What I didn't expect was the extreme degree of his homophobia. It shocked me to my toes. And it made me realize that he is no ordinary republican bigot. He is evil but he wraps it up in a sweet sounding quiet voice. I don't believe he didn't know that the minister on his website is for the death penalty for LGBTs. Yesterday a blogger posted his antismitic statements. We are now into Third Reich territory, with gays and jews being the targets once again.
