Even if IQ could be defined & measured accurately (which it can't) and even if such a hypothetical measurement showed that the mean black American IQ was less than white Americans (and, even if it is different, all credible evidence shows that the difference would be very small if at all), generalizing such a calculation to ALL black Americans would be irrational and unjust because we are all first and foremost INDIVIDUALS i.e. many blacks are "smarter" than many whites (and vice versa). The same applies to any racial or ethnic population and it is pure bigotry and obscenity to think or act otherwise.
