9. Thank you, Peggy! I taught high school for 8 years, before my masters took me into technology.

My students and my own 2 kids have taught me a lot. Daughter was very willful from an early age, so I really had to learn from her, or suffer an un-ending struggle otherwise. She has her own successful design business now which she runs from her home in the northwest. I also belong to a very very large family, so I know many young people of many different types. I am concerned about what they need. This is one of the reasons that, despite all of the difficulties and differences, I trust Barack Obama. It seems clear that he authentically understands that this isn't about him; it's about us and, yet, he also understands, as he said last night, that he IS the President. That's a good dynamic balance.
