In reply to the discussion: Politico in All-out MELTDOWN Over DNC Convention? (updated) [View all]BlueCaliDem
(15,438 posts)16. Politico: Founded and Funded by Reaganites.
I knew this from the very get-go when Chris Matthews was using them as a news source way back when Keith Olbermann just began to push progressive reporting into his show.
Politico was somewhat neutral in the beginning (as most new media tend to be), but when the founder and the funders are Reaganites and CONservatives, I knew it was only a matter of time before they did their trusty ol' bait 'n' switch and allow their (always-wrong)Rightwing ideology to take precedent in the majority of the articles.
I never took Politico seriously.
