I am afraid you are overly optimistic. Trump was all those things before the last election and all of the same people knew it then. Tell us which states will flip this time? I know it won't be my state.....

No matter how much we love our favorite candidate, we are not presenting strong opposition to Trump; Democratic candidates have more baggage than a cruise ship. While I like Sanders, I like what he says and I like what he stands for, we will be beaten to a pulp over the Socialism issue if the apparent leader gets the nod. There is no way that enough of the American voting public will vote for someone with a Socialist label firmly and proudly attached. I learned my lesson when I voted for McGovern; you vote with your head, not your heart. My motto is anyone but Trump, but I really wish it was someone I believe can be elected.

The only way Trump is going to blow this election is if he does something so outrageous that Mitch will call him a stupid SOB from his pulpit and the NRA calls him a gun grabber. If that happens, we will probably already been ruined as a nation. I hope to hell I am wrong, but I am steeling myself for four more ******* years.
