Biological warfare is the most effective way to kill many more than suicide bombs. We should be stocking hospitals with defence capabilities rather than warehouses with Military Industrial kill toys. Ya can't shoot the virus bubbas. Still, somebody gonna get rich on death and fear. Pharma, medical supplies, but a better use of my taxes than kill toys.
