Bush his first job after Jimmy Carter fired him as CIA Director following the Church Committee Hearings revealed some of the depths of CIA crimes and domestic dirty-tricks. Bush, Sr. was appointed Director of First International Bancshares of Dallas and Luxembourg owned by Joe Allbritton who went on to takeover Riggs Bank of Washington and and ran it as a branch of BCCI that funneled Saudi intelligence support for al-Qaeda until the feds shut Riggs down after 9/11.
Politico is the well-financed new media mouthpiece of the Bush wing of the Republican Party. The Washington Times, owned by the late Rev. Moon, was the old media version run by a rival branch of Right-wing spooks who emerged earlier from the same Bush CIA Saudi-financed media operation.
