Who else is scared to go anywhere? [View all]

I kind of feel like there is a bomb about to explode and I need to hide. I did go shopping this weekend and yesterday I just went to the drug store but sometimes I would go to the local pub, (bar) here and get a beer around now and I don't want to be in that small space with people talking loud. All I can think of is dropped of spittle flying around!

I'm 62 and have asthma but I'm in good health. I also have plans to travel overseas in a couple weeks and I don't want to mess that up.

Who else is kind of freaking out about being around people?
