9. I am more scared for my family.

Mar 2020

I have developed practices over the years that do a good job of protecting me from the flu and colds. I've ramped them up - so I think I'll be fine. But both my spouse and my daughter both get the flu and multiple colds each year. (My spouse gets the flu shot and still gets it more frequently than I do by 3-4x; my daughter's illnesses are about comparable to my spouses's - but she is extremely vulnerable, with two autoimmune diseases.
