(7,694 posts)59. I am 80 years old and cannot get around
w/o a walker. I leave the house once a month to go to the food shelf and every 3 months to visit my doctor. Other then that, I am housebound. I have a caregiver 24/7 so my caregiver is the one who buys the groceries, pays my bills, does the laundry and cooking. So the only way I would be exposed to the coronavirus is if my caregiver brings it into the house from outside. I suppose that makes me safer then most senior citizens who are out and about.
