If you write "We are all Boxers", it is clear that the Boxer people are separate people, hence plural.
At the family reunion the Boxers were joyous.
In the many Animal Farm films and videos, the Boxers are voiced by different actors.
The possessive of a plural drops an S.
The kids' bikes were scattered on the ground.
rather than
The kids's bikes were scattered on the ground. (kidses is the wrong pronunciation -- just kids -- hence the first form.)
Likewise the plural of a name ending in S.
Moses' tablets are lost.

No, there is only one Boxer character. "Boxers" would imply more than one separate entity
