2. I was at the bank yesterday, and the teller seemed clueless.

She's separated from me by a bullet-resistant plastic panel, but she's counting piles of cash and coins and rubbing her mouth, and coughing without trying to cover up. No tissues or hand sanitizer in view, either for her or for the bank customers. I really would have expected that this major bank would have had employee training by now.

I took my thermal-printer receipt from the opposite end she'd handled it with, went home and washed my hands thoroughly.
