which is my default setting, but there are some things Ive had to go out for.

I'm not 60 but my husband is. He had a stroke 3 years ago and is diabetic.

Over 60 here. Handwashing, hand sanitizer, avoiding large groups:yes. But I still go to the gym pool

How about over 70, lives in NYC and doesn't see anything problematic about going into the streets?
