5. I talked to someone today who works at a nice hotel

and she told me that its VERY common for people in this industry to work when they are sick. That includes hotel maids, waitresses, receptionists, etc. Their managers don't send them home because then they would be short-staffed. She said she didn't think the coronavirus would be any different because people need their paychecks so badly.
