Tattered or non-existent social safety net, hideous healthcare system, workaholic and desperate, poverty-ridden population, shit for jobs (lots of shitty jobs), millions of workers with no benefits, no paid sick leave, no child care for working parents whose kids are home from school, no testing and EVIL, incompetent leadership.
