not give a hot damn about what laws apply, what power he has or who else is supposed to be in charge. He does as he pleases and says "Sue me!" With his personal attorney Barr defending him and "his" 5-4 wingnut majority on SCOTUS, how do you think that would end and how long do you think it would take?
