those who failed to hold the line over that period.

We all need to understand that people who are not suited to make responsible decisions and/or are vulnerable to very bad leadership have ALWAYS been with us. Fox didn't create the ones on the right. Fox reflected their rise in power. All advances the human race has ever made are in spite of them, usually in spite of their rabid resistance, and often only after recovering from dreadful reverses.

So, don't like what happened over the past four decades? First understand how it happened and put the blame where it ultimately always lies: With the failure of the majority of civilized people to hold against the barbarians.

And, on to the recovery and much-delayed advances our generations should have made.
