I was just listening to some Florida health official on NPR radio, the criteria for getting tested and the necessary associated conditions for the providers administering the test, are so restrictive contributing to the very low numbers.

It's management by exception, you don't get tested unless you are symptomatic. Not exactly a proactive effort.

There were five cases from Port Everglades discussed by some rep related to the port. I think 3 of the cases came from a Princess Cruise lines, subcontractor working portside.
