4. What really sucks is that after looking twice in costco for to and not finding it I had to go to Wal

I got one of the few last packs at Walmart and the pack said it was the exact same thing as I get from Costco of course in a much smaller pack. It is in no way, shape, or form the same. It is like sand paper and not only is it not 2ply I am trying to figure out if it is even 1ply. Is Walmart always like this or has Walmart found a way to price gouge?
