19. Then they will dismiss the tragedy with,

“Well, those people shouldn’t have gone to the movies in the first place.” Ladies and gentlemen, everyday we stand next to people who deny this virus, tell us it’s a liberal hoax or overblown. In the next breath they condemn their fellow Americans stuck in crowded airports being possibly exposed to illness or worse with, “Well they shouldn’t have been there.” This is what evil looks like. It’s not always some dastardly villain. It’s people listening to propaganda that demonizes “other”, mocking reality that doesn’t conform to their overlord’s false narratives (which turns out to be twisting and distorting just about everything that is good), then glibly dismissing tragedy with the waive of a hand, blaming and even scoffing at the victims. They’ve been nurturing their dark side for decades and I really think they may never be able to be shown the light.
