14. The only thing I have invested is about 1,000 shares of Honeywell, which was a stock-option plan....

...as part of their retirement program. When I left about 25 years ago it was worth less than $30,000 or so. It went all the way up to $180,000 a month or so ago. Since that time I've "lost" $46,000.

Everything else we have is cash. We're both retired and aren't looking for "long-term growth", just the ability to access it at any time.
