3. I was going to go with stand alone Internet

My son and his family moved in with me for a few months last year while they were building a house. (A few months turned out to be nine months!) They brought their Xfinity services with them, and I dropped mine. When they left, I was able to take advantage of the new customer promo for a year, so I have Internet and basic tv for a little over $50 per month. That's doable for me. When the promo period is over, I'll explore my options.
